These guidelines pertain mainly to Medicare leads. Send us a message or give us a call if you require any clarification for other lead types or if you simply have any questions.

Order Processing:

  • Occasionally, consumers may agree to a callback just to end the conversation. We will replace these leads with evidence that it was a misleading lead. 
  • Leads that don’t meet your criteria should be returned within 48 hours to [email protected] for review.
  • If a lead doesn’t meet the criteria, it will be replaced at no additional cost if returned promptly. 
  • Delivery typically is the next day. However, delivery may take up to 10 business days.

Sales Terms:

  • All sales are prepaid and final.
  • Our process ensures quality control before leads are delivered to agents.
  • Agents receive call recordings, providing insight into the caller’s circumstances. Additionally, agents receive PTC verification information to comply with TCPA laws.

Customization Options:

  • You can provide your own script, but it must have CMS approval if discussing specific carriers or products. You may obtain approval by going to hpms.cms.gov and creating an account to submit your marketing materials. Send us a message if you need help with the steps of creating an account. All Medicare scripts must have your agent’s name, company name and NPN number mentioned, and they must have all required disclaimers.
